Lot 74 RV Parking Rules

As members of the State Rangers, we all share several traits. As Cowboys, we share the pride for “The University.” This RV lot is only available for OSU fans and not offered to the visitors. We do not allow the showing of any opponent’s flags, signage, or their team decorations in Lot 74. In an attempt to make everyone’s stay as pleasant as possible and preserve our facilities, the University and State Rangers Executive Board asks that everyone adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Entry is permitted into the lot no earlier than 5:30pm on the day before game day. Do not arrive early; parking, stopping, or queuing up on streets, in parking lots, or circling on campus property will not be permitted.
  2. On Sunday after the game, you must vacate the lot by noon or 1 hour prior to a scheduled OSU soccer match.
  3. The speed limit within the lot is 5 mph for all vehicles.
  4. Absolutely no generators may be used at any time while parked within the lot. An exception will be made if electrical service to the lot is interrupted by storm or malfunction.
  5. You will be issued one parking tag for your RV and one parking tag for another vehicle which cannot be an RV. An RV is defined as any vehicle that contains sleeping, cooking, and bathroom facilities.
  6. RV parking is only permitted in the space designated on your hang tag. You will be required to move if your RV is not parked in the correct numbered space on the RV hang tag. No parking of any vehicle in the roadways is allowed. If any vehicle does not display the appropriate tag while in the lot, it must be removed from the lot, or be towed at the owner's expense.
  7. Absolutely no dumping of any tanks (black, grey, or water) on the ground or into any storm drain while your RV is parked within the lot or anywhere on campus.
  8. The RV lot electrical services can handle 50 and 30 amp 220, and one 20 amp 110. You must plug into your site electrical pedestal only. Do not plug into any other pedestal without permission from lot officials.
  9. If you employ leveling jacks, you must place blocks between the jacks and the concrete surface. No leveling jacks will be allowed to come in contact with the concrete parking lot surface.
  10. If you are not using your RV space for a game, you may allow a friend to use it or you may turn it in to the State Rangers website to be resold for the weekend. Lot 74 is an OSU RV lot and you are not allowed to give your parking space to an RVer from the visiting team. To allow us to rent your empty spot to a guest, please click here and fill out the form to let us know you will not be attending.
  11. Individuals, groups, and organizations holding or participating in tailgate parties are responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of their guests. The owner of the RV parking tag is responsible for the conduct of anyone to whom the tag is given and for their guests while occupying the parking space. Special Note: Quiet time starts at midnight, please keep the noise down to a whisper after this time. During quiet time, no music at all, do not touch or bump into anyone else’s RV. Any violations of the lot’s rules will disqualify you from all future use of the lot.
  12. Trash must be disposed of in proper trash containers prior to vacating your space.
  13. No drilling, glue, or anchors of any kind may be attached to the concrete parking surface. You must use sand bags, weights, or other non-destructive anchors if you wish to anchor your tents or other items.
  14. Pets are welcome. They must be leashed or caged on the RV site at all times, or remain in the RV. Pets may not be left unattended outside the RV. Walking pets on a leash is acceptable, but the owner must clean up after the pet and appropriately dispose of the waste.
  15. In accordance with the alcoholic beverage laws of the State of Oklahoma, individuals must be at least 21 years old to purchase, possess, or consume alcoholic beverages. The use of alcoholic beverages by members of the Oklahoma State University community is at all times subject to the alcoholic beverage laws of the State of Oklahoma.
  16. All cooking fires must be contained within grills or other containers designed specifically for that purpose. Extinguish charcoal fires thoroughly with water before leaving them unattended. Place extinguished charcoal in designated containers if available, or remove from campus for disposal. Do not dump charcoal on the ground or in dumpsters.
  17. Only street legal golf carts, ATV’s, Gators, etc. are permitted on public streets and parking lots. Al violators will be subject to being ticketed by law enforcement.
  18. Oklahoma State University, OSU Athletics, the University Police Department, and Transportation Services Department reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Inappropriate behavior will result in the permanent loss of all parking and tailgating privileges on campus.
